Please read these terms carefully before using the Satark Defense Grid platform.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Satark website, mobile application, or API services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

02 Use of Intelligence Data

The data provided by Satark regarding fraudulent phone numbers, UPI IDs, and URLs is crowdsourced and verified through our internal algorithms. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy:

  • Satark does not guarantee that every number flagged is definitely criminal.
  • Satark is not liable for any financial decisions made based on this data.
  • You agree not to use this data to harass, stalk, or dox individuals.

03 User Conduct & Reporting

When reporting a fraud incident, you declare that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false reports, spamming the database, or misusing the "Report Fraud" feature to settle personal vendettas will result in:

Immediate account suspension and reporting of your IP address to relevant Law Enforcement Agencies for obstructing justice.

04 Privacy & Anonymity

Your privacy is our priority. We do not sell your personal reporting data to third-party advertisers. However, in cases of severe criminal investigations, specific data points may be shared with verified Nodal Officers under a legal warrant. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

05 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

"Satark" is an independent initiative and is not a direct replacement for the official National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in). Always file an official FIR for financial loss.
